Jennifer has over 15 years experience as a writer, editor, content strategist, and marketing communications, corporate communications, and social media consultant. Her passion: Helping people and companies to communicate their strengths. Jennifer loves the challenge of taking a seemingly complex, technical, or confusing product, service, or idea and communicating it in a way that the target audience can instantly understand, appreciate, and get excited about. Background

Jennifer has worked with and for leading magazines (AVENUE, Entrepreneur, Woman’s Day) and book publishers (HarperCollins, LittleBrown, World Book), advertising agencies (Ogilvy & Mather), Fortune 500 companies (IBM, GE Capital), small-to-medium-sized businesses, and nonprofits. She holds an MA in International Relations from the University of Chicago and received a BA in Political Science and Russian from Wellesley College, where she had her own radio show.

In the fall of 2006, Jennifer started a blog for and about small businesses called Small Business Tips and Advice, which provides tips, tools, and advice to anyone running or thinking of starting a small or micro business. And in January 2008 she launched a satirical blog called J-TWO-O.

When not consulting or writing, Jennifer can be found reading, working out, and/or watching football (the New York Jets and the New York Giants) or baseball (the New York Mets), or doing all three simultaneously.

Vice President and Senior Consultant Kenny Schiff is also the president of TPC Healthcare, a leading healthcare communications services company headquartered in Stratford, Connecticut. TPC Healthcare provides expertise in wireless voice, data and location technologies as well as high-touch professional services to healthcare customers in New England and the Mid-Atlantic region.

Throughout his career, Kenny has been an important conduit and intermediary between non-technical business people and technical solution providers. In addition to his current work with healthcare customers, he has worked with Fortune 500 companies as well as small-to-medium-sized businesses providing hands-on production/project management expertise, the know-how to get projects focused and get the most out of budget dollars, and delivered products and services that satisfy customers.

Kenny brings to Schiff & Schiff customers a well-balanced understanding of how to apply technology to communication projects.
